Profusion Food's roots...
A pro·fu·sion is literally a "pouring forth", of a great quantity, it's meaning - a 'lavish display' or a 'supply of gifts'. We have always been about expressing 'profusion' together with food, then combining this with an artistic passion for delivering great tastes.
We opened our doors in 2000, providing the South African hospitality trade with a variety of catering products. Our emphasis has always been in obtaining the freshest of ingredients from numerous agricultural establishments and dealing directly with specialised agents at the Johannesburg fresh produce market.
Throughout the years we have had the privilege of providing food and catering for events where Nelson Mandela was attending and other great men, such as Pavarotti and Thabo Mbeki.
